Damn the torpedoes, Full speed ahead!


My upper body was so tired from yesterday I decided to do legs today. 


2 sets of:
Hindu Squats - (50 reps)
Turkish Get Ups - 25lb dumbbell (10 reps each side)
Hardcore Squat - 65lbs (20 reps)


This workout burned!!!!! I'll be posting exercise videos for some of the more non traditional exercises in my program at http://www.facebook.com/Rankinmudder, starting this weekend
